1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "fw999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fw999 platform, its owners, operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the fw999 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a User on the fw999 platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, live casino offerings, slot games, and related features provided by fw999.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a User on a gaming outcome through the fw999 platform.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the native currency used for all transactions on fw999.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by international gaming regulations.

2. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on fw999, you enter into a legally binding agreement with fw999 and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policies. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any amendments or updates to these terms.

fw999 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use fw999 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. fw999 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately close any account found to belong to an individual under 21.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform or placing wagers.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one account with fw999. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of fw999 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Online gambling regulations in Indonesia exist in a grey area, and users must make their own informed decisions about compliance.

Restricted Territories

While fw999 primarily serves Indonesian players, we reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions where our licensing does not permit operations. Users attempting to circumvent geographical restrictions through VPNs or proxy services will have their accounts suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.

4. Account Registration and Security

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You must notify fw999 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

fw999 is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all users. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear photograph of your valid Indonesian National ID (KTP) or passport
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face

All verification documents are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of first deposit may be restricted until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

fw999 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. fw999 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted 24/7 through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money-laundering compliance.

fw999 processes most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or on weekends and holidays are processed first thing the next business day. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional security verification and up to 24 hours processing time.

fw999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms.

Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. For example, a Rp 500,000 deposit requires at least Rp 500,000 in total wagers before the deposited amount can be withdrawn. Bonus funds carry separate wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

fw999 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the bonus is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms before claiming any bonus.

Bonus Abuse

fw999 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts
• Wagering exclusively on low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk
• Any other activity that fw999 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of promotional offers

Wagering Contributions

Different game types contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, and live casino games contribute 5%. Specific game contributions are displayed in your account dashboard and in the detailed terms of each promotion.

7. Betting Rules and Settlement

Bet Acceptance

fw999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, it cannot be canceled or modified by the user. In exceptional circumstances such as obvious pricing errors or technical malfunctions, fw999 may void bets and refund stakes.

Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In cases of disputes, fw999's decision is final. Settlement typically occurs within minutes of an event's conclusion for most markets. Complex markets such as tournament winners or season-long propositions are settled once the official result is confirmed.

Casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final once displayed. fw999 does not have the ability to influence or alter RNG outcomes.

Live Betting

Live betting markets remain open during events with odds updating in real time. Due to natural transmission delays, there may be brief periods where odds or markets are suspended while we verify the current game state. fw999 reserves the right to void bets placed after a relevant event has occurred (e.g., a goal scored in football) if the bet was accepted during the suspension period before our system reflected the updated game state.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fw999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Any individual under 21 years of age accessing or using the platform.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across multiple platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets without manual user interaction.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using fw999 to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal means.
• Insider Betting: Placing wagers based on non-public material information about sporting events.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

fw999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform.

Self-Exclusion

Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. fw999 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts with remaining balances. You will receive email notification before any maintenance fees are applied.

10. Limitation of Liability

fw999 provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. fw999 is not liable for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or network connectivity issues beyond our control
• Losses resulting from user error, such as incorrect bet placement or account credential compromise due to user negligence
• Changes in gambling laws or regulations in your jurisdiction that may affect your ability to use our services
• Banking delays or payment provider failures outside of fw999's direct control
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform

Our maximum liability to any user for any claim arising from use of fw999 services is limited to the amount deposited into the user's account during the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding fw999 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at the address provided in the footer of this page. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with fw999, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration rather than litigation. Arbitration will be conducted in English under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fw999 holds its primary gaming license. By using fw999, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia exist in a legally ambiguous area, and you accept responsibility for ensuring your own compliance with local laws.

fw999 operates under international gaming licenses and is regulated by foreign authorities. We do not claim to hold domestic Indonesian gaming licenses, as such licenses are not available for online gambling operators.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

fw999 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications or formatting updates) may take effect immediately upon posting.
